This section explains how the bond records are linked to the IP Record.

Bonding arrangements in the case

The bond records are accessed by going to Financials > Bordereau and double-clicking on the bond record.

The effective date is contained in the bond record where the Action Type is a New Appointment.

The value for Specific Penalty is on the same screen.

The name of the surety or cautioner, item 8(c), is shown on the main screen of the bond record.

Items 8(d) and (e), the Specific Penalty and Date Submitted for any increase, shown in red below, are only shown where a bond entry Action Type is shown as an increase (outlined in blue below).
