Creating File Notes

    When dealing with creditors, or when dealing on a Job in general, quite often you need to make file notes to record a conversation, a meeting or a to record observations about the Job

    Creating file notes

    1.    Go to Add or Import Data > Add File Note.


    2.    Fill in the File Note as shown below and click File:test/insolvency/100_8+Documents/100_Creating+File+Notes/SaveButton.png.


    3.    You should now see the File Note in the File Notes folder. To update the File Note, reopen the File Note and type the following:


    4.    To review your changes, simply reopen the File Note and review.


    If you update a File Note, as opposed to creating a new one, it will record the user, date, and time it was updated.
