  • product serial number (registration number)

  • your name, company name, phone number and client code

  • exact product name and version number

  • type of operating system (for example, Windows NT)

  • complete description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it

  • exact wording of any messages displayed when you encountered the problem

  • any steps taken to resolve the problem.
