The right click menu on the Job Sheet offers the following Field Chooser options. Select a field to display it on the Job Sheet table.

The following fields are available for the Assignments and Schedules job mode:

  • Client Code – The client code for the client that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Client Name – The client name that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Client/Assignment – Assignment name, also a hyperlink that when clicked will open the assignment screen on the Main tab.

  • Job/Schedule – Job or schedule.  When you create a new job or schedule, the field defaults to the current year.  However, the field is a text field and you will be able to change the name as required.  The Job/Schedule field is hyperlinked and will either open the Edit Job/Schedule screen, or it will open the assignment on the Schedule tab.

  • Assigned To – Shows the person responsible for the job or schedule. For a job, this field can be set up either on the Add Job wizard or the Job Sheet home page control. For a schedule, this field can only be entered from the Job Sheet home page control.

  • Notes – Contains the information entered in the Notes field on the Add/Edit Job screen.  Note thatthe Notes column is only applicable to jobs and will not be available for schedules.

  • Target Date – Completion date of the job or schedule.

  • Days Left – Calculation of the current date subtracted from the Target date.  The Target Date field for jobs and schedules that have not exceeded their target date will be displayed in black.  Job and schedules over their target date will be displayed in red.

  • Budget – Shows the total budget available for the job or schedule.

  • Total WIP – Shows the total of posted and unposted WIP.

  • Budget Left – This is a calculated field using the Budget minus the Total WIP.

  • Parent Name – Parent name for the client’s group.

  • Parent Code - Parent code for the client's group.

  • Client Department – Shows the department details for the client that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Client Manager – Shows the client manager information for the client that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Client Office – Shows the office information for the client that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Client Partner – Shows the client partner information for the client that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Assignment Type – Shows the assignment type details of the assignment that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Assignment Department – Shows the assignment department for the assignment that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Assignment Office – Shows the office information for the assignment that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Assignment Partner – Shows the assignment partner information for the assignment that the job or schedule belongs to.

  • Assignment Manager – Shows the assignment manager information for the assignment that the job or schedule belongs to.

The following fields are available for the Assignments, Schedules and Jobs and Assignments, Schedules, Jobs and Job Time Recording job modes:

  • Client Code – The client code for the client that the job belongs to.

  • Client Name – The client name that the job belongs to.

  • Client/Job Type – Client and the Job Type name.  It is a hyperlink. Click to open the Job Type window on the Main tab.

  • Job – This field is the name of the job.  When you create a new job the field defaults to the current year.  However, the field is a text field and you will be able to change the name as required.  The Job field is hyperlinked and will open the Edit Job window.

  • Assigned To – Displays the person responsible for the job.

  • Notes – Contains information provided in the Notes reas on the Add/Edit Job window.

  • Target Date – Target completion date of the job.

  • Client Partner – Displays the client partner information for the client that the job belongs to.

  • Job Type – Displays the job type details that the job belongs to.

  • Job Type Department – Displays the job type department for the job type that the job belongs to.

  • Job Type Office – Displays the job type office information for the job type that the job belongs to.

  • Job Type Manager – Displays the job type manager information for the job type that the job belongs to
