The Task Status window allows you to add a new task status, define its display order and set the status to display on timesheets.

Set up Task Status

  1. From the main menu, select Maintenance > Assignment > Task Status.

  2. In the Task Status window, to add a new status, enter the new status in the Status cell in the blank row at the top of the table.

  3. Enter the Display Order.

  4. To hide the status on the timesheet, select the select the Hide in T/S check box.  
    To display the status on the timesheet, ensure that this check box is clear.

  5. To delete a status, select the status so that the Status and Display Order cells appear highlighted (you can do this by clicking the row and using the arrow keys) and then press [Delete].  You will be asked to confirm the delete action before the row is deleted.

  6. When you have finished setting or editing the task status, click OK to save the changes and close the window.
