Confirming a successful print of a tax receipt

Overview

To ensure that successfully printed tax receipts cannot be reprinted, use the Printed check box to remove tax receipts from the Tax Receipts to Print window.

Confirm a successful print of a tax receipt

  1. From the main menu, select Bookkeeping > Tax Receipts to Print.

  2. In the Tax Receipts to Print window, select the Client Partner from the Client Partner Filter.
    The associated tax receipts are displayed.

  3. Select a tax receipt from the grid.

  4. When the tax receipts have been printed, select the Printed check box.
    A Confirmation message appears.

  5. Click Yes to confirm the tax receipts printout or No to cancel.
    The selected tax receipts are removed from the Tax Receipts to Print window.
