Export data from CCH Accounts Production

 

The Fixed Asset Register data is imported into Personal Tax alongside the CCH Accounts Production data. CCH Accounts Production data must be exported before it can be imported into Personal Tax.

To import Fixed Asset Register data, you must export the CCH Accounts Production data first, otherwise a No CCH Accounts Production periods ready to import message will appear.

To export the data from Accounts Production, go into the relevant Accounting Period in CCH Accounts Production.

Select Tax Link in the Task Bar and click Update Tax in the top Ribbon.

A Mark the Tax Link data as Draft?message appears.

Draft data can only be imported if Allow draft accounts is ticked on the Tax Links screen. Select Yes or No and click Continue.

A Update complete message appears.

The right hand part of the screen shows the Accounts Production balances that are exported to Personal Tax, but this is not relevant to the export of Fixed Asset Register data.
