- The Document Templates maintenance window is used to add and maintain templates that are used to create client/contact and employee related documents. It is accessed via Maintenance > Document Management > Templates.
- The Add Templates window is used to add templates that have been created outside of the system. The window works in the same way as the Add Document window and will allow you to add Word and Excel files to be used as templates.
- The Create Template window is used to create new Word or Excel templates.
