Adding a Format

Overview

You can add a format to a collection so that it can be included in the report.

Add a format

  1. Select Financial Statements from the Financial Reporting group in the CCH AP Task Bar.
  2. Select the row in the format grid where you would like to insert the new format.
  3. Select Add Format from the Actions task bar.

  1. In the Select a format to add window, click the Company Size that contains the disclosure format you wish to add e.g. Medium.
  2. Locate the format, select it and click OK.
    The format is show in the format list and the Size column will indicate that the format relates to a different Company Size. The screenshot below illustrates a Creditors: Amounts Falling Due Within One Year format from Medium company disclosures inserted into a collection.
