Deleting an Employee Category

  1. On the main menu, click Maintenance > Employee Categories > Employee Category.

  2. In the Employee Category window, click the row you want to delete and then press the [Delete] key.

Note

You cannot delete categories that are being used by the database. If you try to delete a category that is associated with clients or employees, an error message is displayed.
  1. On the prompt, click Yes to confirm the delete action. 

  2. To delete additional categories, repeat steps 2 to 3.

  3. When you have finished, click File:dirname/central/070_Maintenance/070_Employee/020_Employee+Categories/020_How+to+delete+an+Employee+Category/bttn_ok.gif to save the changes and close the window.
