When you want to merge a specific set of contacts into their MS Outlook folders (rather than the entire contact population), use the contact responsibility values that will have been assigned to the contact records through the Responsibility and/or Team tabs.
Merge contacts that you are working for
When selecting the Team Responsibility filter, the contacts merged will be the ones where you are a member of any team assigned to the contact via the Contact/Team tab within the main database. Therefore, if you are a team member in any capacity on a contact team record, the contact will be merged into your MS Outlook contact folders.

When selecting the Organisational Filter, you will be presented with combo boxes of the available values from the Contact/Responsibility screens from the main application.
